MOVE IN

Make sure breaker to septic is ON. Contact White Eagle to schedule a home consultation. |
ALARM SOUNDS

Use the mute button on the side of the control box and contact White Eagle. |
MOWING
|
OPTIONAL: Flip pump breaker inside septic control box to OFF if you do not want them to spray while mowing. (Be careful not to mow down heads.) REMEMBER TO TURN BREAKER ON, or the sprinklers will not come on and the system will back up. |
TROUBLE FLUSHING
|
Check clean-out (White pvc pipe coming out of the ground, closest to the house). If clean-out is full contact White Eagle. If clean out is empty, call a plumber. |
BAD SMELL
|
Check to see that the compressor is working. The compressor is located under the green box next to your home. This compressor should run continuously. Contact White Eagle. |
SYSTEM NEEDS CHLORINE
|
You will see a 4” pipe extending from the ground in front of a round riser. Simply remove the lid from PVC pipe and add chlorine tablets or liquid bleach. Please note that this is your responsibility unless you have an upgraded contract. Please contact White Eagle if you have any questions. |
